- Almond Raspberry Cake - white cake with raspberry and almond flavored butter cream filling. Frosted with almond flavored butter cream, toasted nits and raspberry on top.
- Apple Bavarian Torte - short dough crust with a cheese cake filling, topped with sliced apples and topped with streusle
- Black Forest Cake - chocolate cake with whipped cream and cherry filling. Frosted with shipped cream and cherries, with chocolate drizzled on top.

- Carrot Cake - made with raisins, frosted with cream cheese butter cream
- Cheese Cake - Plain, Strawberrry or Cherry topped
- Coconut Cake - white cake frosted with a white butter cream filling and frosted with the outside covered with coconut
