- Almond Raspberry Cake - White cake with raspberry and almond flavored buttercream filling. Frosted with almond flavored butter cream, toasted nuts and raspberry on top.
- Apple Bavarian Torte - Short dough crust with a cheese cake filling, topped with sliced apples and topped with struesel.
- Black Forest Cake - Chocolate cake with whipped cream and cherry filling. Frosted with whipped cream and cherries, with chocolate drizzled on top.
- Cakes 8 & 10 inch - White, Chocolate or Marble.
- Carrot Cake - Made with raisins, frosted with cream cheese buttercream
- Cheese Cake - Plain, Strawberrry or Cherry topped
- Coconut Cake - White cake frosted with a white buttercream filling and frosted with the outside covered with coconut
- Ding Dong Cake - Chocolate cake with fudge and whipped cream filling. Frosted with whipped cream with fudge poured over the top
- Lemon Cake - White cake with a layer of lemon filling, frosted with white buttercream
